WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
FREE shipping on ALL orders $100 and over within New Zealand.
For orders under $100, we have a flat shipping rate of $10.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CUT-OFF TIME?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Your order will then be dispatched on the next working day.
(Please allow a little extra time if your order was placed around a public holiday)
Please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your goodies!
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order directly by using the tracking code
that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.
If you can’t find your tracking code, email us info@wilhelmina.co.nz
WHERE IS MY ORDER? IT SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED BY NOW.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depo.
If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which depo location they’ve taken it to.
WILHELMINA WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT.
- RETURN POLICY -
Products need to be returned within 14 days for a refund (excl shipping) or exchange.
Items need to be returned in a saleable condition. Unworn in its original packaging.
A refund (excl shipping) will be returned to the same account used to purchase the item.
Once processed, it may take 3 - 5 business days to process the funds back into your account.
Sale items are not returnable. Please choose carefully.
You will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost. We would strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
RETURNING AN ITEM
STEP 1
Read the above for returns for exchange and refund terms, then contact us at info@wilhelmina.co.nz as soon as possible.
Please advise your order number, reason for return and if you require an exchange or refund.
A confirmation email will be sent to you including our return address details.
STEP 2
Package your items and courier back to us within 14 days. We would strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
It is important to include the original order form with your returned item, so we can quickly identify you and promptly process your return.
STEP 3
Once the item(s) have been received they will be quality checked to ensure they are as new condition with all packaging and tags in place.
If eligible, we will then process your exchange or refund, and you will receive a confirmation from us via email.
